Is there a certain age that someone should be to start learning about hypnosis?

Because I’m young and interested in hypnosis. I have allways been interested in things humans can do with there minds.

and to know that i can get free hypnosis therapy from my father and i haven’t taken advantage of it…..i’m thinking i should…seriously.
