    It took me going to Weight Watchers to really “get” the whole “it’s a lifestyle not a diet” motto. I’ve been going for 7 months now and have lost 42 lbs. so far (pretty good for someone who’s hypothryoid!). I know there’s never going to be a stage where I “go back to eating normal again”. No, even if I’m not “counting points” I’m still going to have to watch portions and log what I eat to keep the weight off.
