You aren’t understanding the underlining message! What they’re saying that it’s not about the money just because you have nice things. When did it become a sin for God’s people to live in poverty? Where in the Bible did it say that Christians can’t have a life of luxury and still be saved? Is it wrong to drive a nice car, but still pay your tides and offering? Come on now. Stop acting like just because a person is saved they can’t live a life of luxury too.
