A lot of un-religious people is working entusiasticly towards the destruction of the human race, and it is down right stupid to claim that a “vast majority” seeks peace and tolerance. They might claim to. But most kinds of control, whether it be secular or religious, a mix or neither of the two is EVIL!!!
I think it is a worthy thing to call out bullshit, and religious bullshit is certainly the easiest to call. But it is LAZY, STUPID and DANGEROUS to restrict yourself to it.

No, we believe things based on probability (evidence) rather than possibility. If faith is a factor then people are likely to believe something based on absolutely nothing.
I do note your point, but do we believe everything that may exist, just because it may exist? Why believe one thing that may exist, without believing in everything that may exist, wouldn’t you have to believe everthing that may exist?
